Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act - Reports published

The Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015 was passed to help to empower community bodies through the ownership or control of land and buildings, and by strengthening their voices in decisions about public services.

A review of parts of the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015 has concluded and Scottish Government have published three reports. The review focused on community ownership and control of public assets, and strengthening local decision making to improve outcomes.
